ALL MENU OPTIONS ARE MADE FRESH, FARM-TO-TABLE. THE COUPLE WANTED TO MAINTAIN THE CASUAL, BACK-YARD-BBQ STYLE FOR THE MEAL, WHILE COMPOSING THE MENU OF AN ELEGANT, GOURMET ASSORTMENT OF DISHES. THIS MEAL IS SERVED COURSE BY COURSE, BY A FULL SERVING STAFF.

Note: Luckily, there will be no guests in attendance with dietary restrictions and/or food allergies. Children 12 and under can choose from a grilled all-beef hot dog or crispy baked chicken tenders and sweet potato fries with a  maple dipping sauce or apple slices with a caramel dipping sauce.

Hors D'oeuvres

-Grilled shrimp and spicy chorizo bites

-Gruyere, mushroom & caramelized onions atop a crispy puff pastry drizzled with balsamic vinegar and topped with thyme

-Pancake coin brochettes with fresh berries, dusted with powdered sugar

-An elegant assortment of pepper jack, Vermont cheddar and lacy Swiss cheeses. Served with whole grain crackers and biscuits and stone ground mustard

Salad

Freshly picked summer strawberries, red onion, smoked bacon, feta cheese crumbles and toasted walnuts atop a bed of crisp baby spinach leaves, drizzled with balsamic dressing

Entrée

-Grilled honey barbeque glazed chicken cabobs with summer squash, cherry tomatoes and green & red peppers

-Baked macaroni with Havarti and parmesan cheeses, topped with homemade crunchy croutons and freshly ground black pepper

-Loaded baked Idaho potato with sharp cheddar cheese, smoked bacon crumbles, chopped green onion and farm fresh sour cream, topped with sea salt

-Fresh fancy cut string beans, sautéed in garlic, homemade honey butter and lemon juice

-Toasted Italian bread crostini's with fresh basil leaves, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil
