Pre-Wedding Day Event Schedule

​

Saturday, April 21 @ 11:00AM: Final fitting for the Bridal Gown and Bridesmaid's gown. Groom and Groomsmen also have a final fitting for their attire.

 

Monday, July 16 @ 5:30 PM: Bride and Groom meet with Photographer at ceremony/reception site to discuss details, special requests and to do a thorough walk-through of the site. The couple chose to do so to ensure the photographer is able to capture the best portraits possible and to take advantage of all the beautiful scenery the day of the wedding.

 

Thursday, July 19 @ 6:30 PM: Bride, all members of the Bridal Party and the mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom meet for manicures and pedicures.

Friday, July 20 @ 10:00AM: Set-up of tent, tables and chairs begins at ceremony/reception site.

​

Friday, July 20 @ 5:30 PM: Rehearsal dinner begins. All members of the wedding party, closest friends and family will gather and enjoy a wonderful meal.

 

 Wedding Day

​

10:00 AM: Bride and bridal party arrive for hair and make-up in the Bridal Lounge on-site, mimosas being served until finished.

Groom and Groomsmen arrive on-site as well, to help with any set-up, to have their hair done if needed and for an optional manicure.

​

12:00-2:00 PM: Most vendors arrive for set-up and preparation of ceremony and reception.

​

2:00 PM: All members of the wedding party and additional family members arrive for photos.

​

3:15 PM: Doors open and guests begin to arrive. Guests may grab a drink and Wedding Program prior to being seated for the ceremony.

​

4:00: PM: Wedding Ceremony begins:

               Seating of immediate family

               Men of Honor take their place

               Attendant's Procession

               Bridal Procession

               Opening Prayer

               Giving away of the Bride

               Charge

               "I Do's"

               Children say "I-Do's"

               Exchanging of Vows

               Exchanging of Rings

               Unity Ceremony

               Closing Prayer

               The Kiss!

               Presentation of the Couple and their children

               Recessional

4:40 PM: Cocktail Hour begins and a video  collection of photos and videos of the Bride and Groom and their life together so far begins to play.

​

5:45 PM: Wedding Party enters Reception Hall.

​

6:00 PM: Dinner is served.

​

7:15-7:30 PM: Dinner is finished and a Champagne toast is given.

​

7:35-7:45 PM: Speeches are given by the wedding party and/or family.

 

7:45 PM: First Dance

                   Father/Bride Dance

                   Mother/Son Dance

                   General dancing and music begins.

​

8:15 PM: Sunset Portraits have begun. Bride and Groom photos only.

​

8:45 PM: Cutting of the cake and dessert tables open.

​

9:00-11:00 PM: Dancing, yard games, photo booth and bar are all open as options for guests to enjoy themselves for the remaining hours of the wedding reception.

​

11:00 PM: Last Call

Guests are departing and the couple is saying their thank-you's and goodbye's.

Vendor break-down has begun.

​

By Midnight, all guests have departed and any clean-up has begun. Staff is departing.
