The majority of the vendors Cristina and Dana chose are located in the wonderful Hershey, PA. Hershey is located just a few minutes outside of small-town Palmyra, where there are far less vendor options.
The land in Palmyra where the affair will take place is owned by the Groom's best friend. In addition, the Officiant is a member of the local church that the couple attends, who has been so generous and will marry Cristina and Dana on their special day.

Hershey Lodge Reception Pricing
Ballrooms can be reserved for wedding receptions and other social events up to one year in advance, with a signed contract and non-refundable deposit of $2000.
The food and beverage minimum is $100 per person, plus a room rental charge that varies based on the ballroom assigned. The minimum food requirement is $80 per person for dinner receptions. Additional fees apply for ceremonies.
