Guests will arrive at the ceremony site in late afternoon. There will be signs pointing guests down the scenic dirt road that leads to the parking area. Guests will walk a short distance down a wooded path before approaching the open grass field. Here, they will see seating inside the beautiful white barn where the ceremony will be held.

Before finding their seats, guests will have the opportunity to grab a soda or beer to enjoy during the ceremony. Handheld fans will be provided to keep cool during this time as well. When the ceremony is finished and pictures are being taken of the couple and wedding party, guests may proceed to the tent for light music and hors d'oeuvres. Cocktail hour begins and guests may mingle and sign the guestbook.
